Suya

I liked the presentation of this snack. Suya is a popular food in west africa Nigeria, orginally from the people in the Northern part of Nigeria known as the Hausas. It is made with beef with alot of hot spices - pepper to be precise. It's most sold at night time, very rare to see it during the day.

This was shot in one of the African resturtants me and some friends went to eat.
